Norse Shipholding Pte. Ltd. was established in March 2016, as a new holding company for the existing Norse ships that have changed to Singapore Flag. The ships are on charter to various major liner companies.
The Norse Group was founded in Singapore in 1969. The group also includes Norse Management (UK), providing commercial services to the fleet and Norwest Management (Singapore), who provides crewing and technical services.
We leveraged on years of expertise of our principal Norse Management (UK) Ltd. established in 1982 in London.
Today, Norse UK have been responsible for over seventy sale and purchase deals including twenty new buildings in Poland, Germany, Italy, South Korea and China. During this period, Norse UK also concluded over one thousand charters in the tanker, dry, container and RORO sector.
Norse is one of the shareholders in Goodwood Ship Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, a premier Ship Manager that manages multiple third party ships and the Norse fleet.
